Dietary fat does NOT cause stroke -14 year study


We observed no statistically significant associations inthis large cohort between intake of total fat, specifictypes of fat, or cholesterol and risk of ischaemic, haemorrhagic, or total stroke. In addition, consumption ofred meats, high fat dairy products, nuts, or eggs did notseem to be related to risk of stroke.
