Get an empty glass jar with a screw lid like a jam jar or olive jar.

Pee in it and put the lid on, store overnight in a dark place like under sink cabinet, pour out content in am and see if there is a waxy ring around where the top of urine was. This indicates yeast in the urine and likely kidney.
