We do not follow fads and try to provide documentation to sort out misleading health trends. Some articles are very technical while others are easy to read.
As a start to being healthy we suggest altering your eating habits by following the Rebound Diet. It is a step out of popular thinking about what to eat with health as the only focus. These concepts are fully supported by large medical studies that are not manipulated. It is not a full diet plan, but a list of good foods vs. bad foods. This guide is good for all people and all ages. We add new and interesting articles as we find them. Bryon writes his own articles and they are posted once available. Kindly give us your feedback regarding the site, articles, and any requests you may have. The topics section is a new concept, it is like a FAQ page and in the future will be more like a book index.
